Terrance Ware 

 Terrance Ware is a community development professional with over  30 years of experience in public, private, non-profit and academic sectors. His areas of expertise include architectural design, urban design, community economic development, housing, land use, urban renewal and transit-oriented development. He has served on several commissions and boards, and as an agency executive. He has worked on  projects throughout the United States and overseas. He is presently employed with he Federal Emergency Management Agency Long-term Community Recovery team.
